Ivona Erdeljac, Program Director
I have been working for Amica EDUCA since its founding in 1996. In the beginning I was engaged as a translator and an administrator and today as the Association’s Program Director. In addition to program development and strategic development of the organization, I work in the areas of Non-Violent Communication, Creative Expressive Painting, Xpert Personal and Business Skills, and provide support for the Childhood Sexual Abuse program. By profession I am a Business Psychologist with much additional professional education and training in psychosocial work, project and organizational management. In January 2018 I received the certificate of the Center for Nonviolent Communication CNVC in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, as a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication.

Ich arbeite seit der Gründung im 1996 bei Amica Educa. Anfangs arbeitete ich als Übersetzerin und im administrativen Bereich, heute bin ich für die Programme von Educa verantwortlich. Neben der Weiterentwicklung des Programms und der strategischen Entwicklung der Organisation arbeite ich in den Bereichen «Gewaltfreie Kommunikation», «Kreatives Ausdrucksmalen» und «Personal Business Skills» und unterstütze den Bereich «Sexueller Missbrauch in der Kindheit» (siehe auch AMICA-Aktualitäten Nr. 29). Ich bin ausgebildetete Wirtschafts-Psychologin mit verschiedenen zusätzlichen Ausbildungen im Bereich der psycho-sozialen Arbeit sowie im Projekt- und Organisations-Management. Im Januar 2018 erhielt ich das Zertifikat des Centers for Nonviolent Communication CNVC in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA und bin nun zertifizierte Trainerin für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation.
